Bring your lunch and come learn about the nuts and bolts of the revisions to appellate rule 3.4 from Judge Furman, Judge Taubman, Judge Ashby, and the Court of Appeals’ Staff Attorneys. Effective July 1, 2016, CAR 3.4 has been significantly updated and modified to change how appeals in dependency and neglect cases are taken. This will be offered as both a live, in-person training and a webinar. The webinar will be recorded but we hope you can participate on Aug. 3rd, as this is a webinar not to be missed if you are a trial or an appellate attorney. This training is a joint collaboration between the Colorado Court of Appeals, the Office of the Child’s Representative, and the Office of Respondent Parents’ Counsel.
