Registration for the conference will begin on Sunday morning at 8:30 and will occur outside Summit Ballroom on the 5th floor.
Free wireless will be available and there is no passcode. Also, the temperatures of the rooms will vary and often there is not much we can do to make it comfortable for everyone so please plan accordingly.
Check-in for lodging is at 4:00 p.m. and early check-in may not be possible. We will have an area where bags can be stored if you are waiting for access to your room on Sunday.

This year we are pleased to partner with the Office of Respondent Parent Counsel and, although we will have one joint track on Monday, the other tracks on Monday are separate.
Please note that OCR-only participants will have two options for breakout on Monday: the OCR/ORPC joint track or the OCR-only track. ORPC participants may attend the OCR/ORPC joint track of the ORPC-only track. Because of our different funding requirements it is very important for everyone to remember to “stay on their track”!

The OCR has worked hard to make this conference affordable, and there is no fee to attend the training, no cost to receive presentation materials, and no cost for meals. We would like each of you to consider making a suggested donation of $75.00 to this year’s beneficiary, RMIAN Children’s Program.
You may bring a check (payable to “RMIAN”) or cash to the conference as we will have a donation box at the registration table.

Only a limited number of handouts will be available at the conference so we encourage you to print your own copies of materials you wish to have on hand for the training. We will do our best to post all materials that have been submitted by Friday, September 8th. Materials will remain available electronically after the training.

We will provide a light Continental Breakfast on Sunday morning and a heartier breakfast on Monday morning. Lunch will be provided both days. If you indicated that you have a dietary preference, please let us know at check-in so we can provide you with a special meal ticket.
