The OCR is excited to to offer a 1-day virtual trial skills training for OCR contract attorneys. This year’s training will consist of three sessions: Qualifying Experts, Cross & Impeachment, Objections & Record Preservation. Each session will begin with a 30-minute lecture reviewing substantive law, followed by practice exercises in small groups. The case scenario and exercises are specific to the adjudicatory stage of a D&N case. If you attended last year, you are welcome to attend again this year.
