Hello OCR contractors, We invite you to attend a meeting on Friday, November 21st at noon to weigh in on proposed legislation to address the impacts of the Colorado Supreme Court decision in the R.M.P. case (2025CO34). Many of you requested OCR to run legislation to restore a youth’s right to be heard prior to the dismissal of their Dependency and Neglect proceeding and we heard you. OCR is seeking to run legislation this upcoming session but needs to act quickly. Please join us on Friday to discuss the process, language, and next steps.
