Day 1 (Monday, Sept. 12th, 2016): The interactive day will include sessions on no-reasonable efforts motions practice, domestic violence, parental allegations, and a federal law overview with Margaret Burt.
Networking Reception: Evening of Sept. 12th, 2016
Day 2 (Tuesday, Sept. 13, 2016): This day will focus on advocacy and litigation strategies, as well as sessions on human trafficking and heroine.
Materials: Materials submitted in advance will be provided electronically prior to the conference. Only a limited number of hard copies will be available at the training, so we encourage you to print your own copies of materials you wish to have on hand for the training. Materials will be available electronically after the training.
