OCR will be working with NITA again this year to offer an advanced trial skills training. Topics to be covered: child hearsay, impeachment, making a strong record, strong opening and closing arguments, and questioning difficult parties. This training will be open to all OCR contract attorneys and will focus on advanced skills in these areas.
Topics are subject to change. Registration is limited to 40 participants. Participation in all three days is required.
