OCR will offer a training on effective advocacy related to FFPSA and Colorado’s Juvenile Justice Reform. More details to come.
It would be beneficial to attend or view the recording of OCR’s September 30th training “FFPSA: Litigation and Advocacy Strategies for GALs” prior to this training. While not a requirement, many practice questions related to the role of the GAL and specific FFPSA practicalities will be answered in that September 30th training. This training on October 6th will go on to cover practices issues that also take into account the Juvenile Justice Reform bill and related requirements.
