Elie Zwiebel and Matt Cloven join us again to provide practice tips for educational advocacy as the second semester of the school year comes to an end. This webinar will cover: a 2024 legislative update, advocacy tips for the end of the school year, and information about accessing education litigation support from the Transformative Justice Project of Colorado (formerly the Colorado Juvenile Defender Center). The presenters will also discuss the recent practice change by the school district in the 6th judicial district.
