This session will begin with a discussion of the revised CJD 04-06 standards and will be followed by a Case Rounds session focused on Reasonable Efforts Issues. Please consider submitting a case to present during the Case Rounds portion of the training! Specifically, we are looking for case submissions related to reasonable efforts issues (re: motions, access to services, etc.) but please feel free to submit other case issues as well and we will do our best to accommodate all submissions. OCR launched the Case Rounds model at the Fall OCR conference and received great feedback and requests to provide this session across the state.
