Learning Objectives:

Attendees will practice advocacy and litigation skills specific to child welfare law.

Attendees will understand an apply developmental milestones and brain science to all age groups. 

Attendees will be able to identify trauma experiences and behaviors resulting from trauma. 

Attendees will learn skills to effectively represent infant and toddler clients, conduct an independent investigation and safety assessment, and excel at written and oral advocacy.
