The Colorado Supreme Court grants certiorari to determine whether the court of appeals erred in its analysis of the Uniform Child Custody Jurisdiction and Enforcement Act (“UCCJEA”) in concluding that the trial court did not have subject matter jurisdiction pursuant to the UCCJEA to enter its judgment and order terminating parental rights.
