SUMMARY:ABA/OCR Trial Skills Training
DESCRIPTION:The OCR is excited to host a trial skills training provided by the American Bar Association’s Center on Children and the Law. This 1-day workshop will consist of lecture\, activities\, and faculty demonstration. Participants will apply skills to each hearing type from initial hearing to TPR\, including admitting evidence\, examining experts\, and raising objections. The content will be specific to Colorado child welfare law.
