Colorado Revised Statues

The legislation enacting the OCR, House Bill 00-1371, was created to establish an office that would improve the provision of legal services for children and address the unique legal needs of children in Colorado. The statute creating the OCR contains comprehensive, statewide mandates for the OCR designed to ensure enhanced legal representation for children. Mandates for the OCR include administration, oversight and training provisions relating to attorney services as specified in C.R.S.  §§13-91-101 - 107.
